Start and end each day by writing down at least 10 things you appreciate in your life. They don't have to be all perceived positive! You can be grateful for the strength you gained from the contrast or challenge you were given in this day! However remember how you perceived that contrast and more importantly how you responded to it is what will define the moments that follow in your life. Your power is always in the present. And if you fill your present moments with gratitude,then you can only receive more to be grateful for. |
