Are you creating with intention or by default? Most of us dont realize the power of our emotional thought? If you thinking of what you dont want with great emotion around it you will only get more of the same! Becoming aware of your thoughts is the first step in recognizing what you are focused on and ultimately what you are creating in your life. If 60% of your day - and this is a low percentage for many - is spent focused on negative aspects of your life and those around you then you are creating more negative into your experience. Unfortunately most of us have been conditioned to not be aware of our thoughts. We were not taught to understand the power of our thoughts and emotions and more importantly to realize that we have 100% control over our thoughts and emotions and therefore our beliefs.
Is changing your thoughts simple? Yes. Is changing your thoughts easy? No. It takes practice, patience and commitment. However like learning any new exercise or skill this change that you make will be the most important and supportive one that you will ever make in your life. Start now. It is never to late to start creating a better life and you are in the drivers seat to do so!

What were your first stream of thoughts and feelings today? Were you being supportive to you or beating yourself up? Were you complaining or worrying or looking forward and expecting wonderful things to happen? By becoming more aware of your thoughts you can slowly begin to change them and thus change your beliefs that you hold. Understanding the power your thoughts hold and more importantly the feeling around your thoughts will assist you in changing every future moment. The power is always in your 'now'. Regretting the past, holding on to what was, worrying about what is yet to come does not serve you in the least. In fact it only creates more negative into your experience. Start NOW, not in an hour or a day. Start creating a better life now. You have the power and only you to make the changes necessary to improve every moment of your day. Are you ready to take back your life?

Start and end each day by writing down at least 10 things you appreciate in your life. They don't have to be all perceived positive! You can be grateful for the strength you gained from the contrast or challenge you were given in this day! However remember how you perceived that contrast and more importantly how you responded to it is what will define the moments that follow in your life. Your power is always in the present. And if you fill your present moments with gratitude,then you can only receive more to be grateful for.
